One-on-One Private Training

Private TrainingPrivate Training includes an hour-long strength training session with a dedicated Chicago Sports Institute performance coach. Each training session is specifically designed with the clients specific needs, strengths, limitations, injury history and goals in mind. Schedule recurring appointments or schedule as you go. For the best results, it is recommended to train four days a week.
