Overview

The Fat Loss Transformation Program is a 12-week program designed to maximize fat loss and reach your body transformation goals. Fat loss isn’t always about calories in versus calories out. There’s more to the equation. Our 12-week Fat Loss Transformation Program is a unique program designed specifically for you addressing all factors including training, nutrition and lifestyle, ensuring the results you get are long term and not a quick fix!

Training

After collecting data during our initial evaluation, your personal trainer will custom design a 12-week Fat Loss training program for you using a proven methodology that incorporates the latest in sports science. Your program takes many factors into consideration including your injury history, muscle imbalances, flexibility deficits, body type and personality type.

Your training program will be modified every 3-4 weeks as each program builds on each other and your fitness and conditioning levels improve.

Full nutritional plan

Your transformation starts and ends here. Good nutrition is the key to success during your fat loss transformation journey. No matter how hard you train on the gym floor, you can’t out-train a poor diet.
After collecting a series of data along with understanding your body type, personality type and lifestyle, using the revolutionary software iNutrition Pro, our coaches are able to create a nutritional plan specifically designed for you and your needs to maximize your fat loss.

Throughout the 12 weeks your coach will monitor your biofeedback markers and body composition data points to create a dynamic nutrition plan to ensure you are progressing and achieving maximum results.

Full supplement plan

Part of your transformation journey includes a periodic assessment of your metabolic analytics profile. Metabolic analytics is a system used to calculate your body fat but more importantly is a non-invasive method used to determine the correlation between body fat storage and hormonal imbalances.

Hormonal imbalances are often the culprit of stubborn body fat storage and other health concerns including poor sleep, low energy, impaired cognitive function, and more. Metabolic Analytics is a safe and natural solution to losing stubborn body fat and achieving wellness – and ultimately, a higher quality of life.

The information gathered from Metabolic Analytics allows your coach to accurately recommend very specific and targeted nutrients and lifestyle modifications to expedite your transformation process and create more balance throughout your body.

Conditioning

When appropriate you will receive conditioning programs that are to be done off-site and are designed to augment your current training program giving you that extra boost to help you reach your transformation goals.

Training Commitment and options

You have the option of working with one of our internationally certified trainers 2-4 times per week for a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Package fees depend on training frequency (minimum twice per week), level of coach and payment method (upfront or weekly direct debit).
