Initial Evaluation & Testing
Every athlete starts with an evaluation. We use advanced tools to assess how your body moves, performs, and recovers.
- VALD ForceDecks and DynamoLite: These industry-leading tools allow us to measure force production, asymmetries, neuromuscular readiness, and reactive strength. Whether we’re testing a vertical jump, isometric strength, or limb asymmetry, this data helps us identify exactly where you can improve, and how to do it.
- InBody 570: Tracks your lean mass, fat mass, segmental development, and overall progress. This helps determine not just if you’re getting stronger or faster, but what kind of tissue you’re building and how that impacts your performance.
- Structural Balance & Mobility Testing: We evaluate joint integrity, movement mechanics, and muscular imbalances that could be holding you back or putting you at risk. Every athlete has strengths and weaknesses, our job is to bring your body into balance so you can move efficiently and safely.
- Injury & Performance History Review: Your past tells us where you’ve been, and helps us prevent future setbacks. We dive deep into your training background, injury patterns, and sport-specific needs to design the right roadmap forward.
- Lifestyle & Nutrition Audit: Physical preparation doesn’t end when you leave the gym. We assess key lifestyle factors, sleep quality, stress levels, nutrition habits, and recovery routines, that directly affect performance and resilience. By understanding how you eat, recover, and live, we can implement targeted strategies that support your training and accelerate your results.
Customized Program Design
Using your evaluation results, we create a fully individualized performance plan, never a template, never recycled. You’ll receive your CSI Athlete Handbook, a structured guide that includes:
- Clear benchmarks and goals
- Recovery protocols
- Nutritional guidance
- Movement prep and soft tissue strategies
- Educational resources to help you train smarter, not just harder
We build your program in progressive phases, each lasting 3–4 weeks. Every phase is designed to evolve based on your feedback and performance, ensuring consistent, meaningful progress.

Phase 1: Build the Foundation
This phase lays the groundwork for long-term performance. We prioritize injury prevention, mobility restoration, and muscle balance. Core stability and joint integrity are non-negotiable foundations and ensure your body can handle heavier training loads and more advanced techniques in the future.
Phase 2: Strength Development
With a strong foundation in place, we begin developing maximal and relative strength using compound lifts and strategic loading patterns. This phase drives the structural and neurological adaptations needed to support future speed and power. The goal: raise your performance ceiling by making you stronger, more stable, and more resistant to fatigue.
Phase 3: Acceleration & Transfer
Strength without speed is useless in sport. We convert your strength into explosive power using Olympic lifts, plyometrics, med ball work, and sprint progressions
In-Season Optimization
Once your season starts, the work doesn’t stop, it just evolves. We transition you into a targeted in-season maintenance plan, designed to:
- Preserve strength, power, and mobility
- Manage cumulative fatigue from games and travel
- Minimize injury risk
- Ensure you’re peaking at the right times
In-season training is lighter in volume but still highly intentional, 1–2 sessions per week that allow you to stay strong, fast, and healthy while others are wearing down.

At CSI, we integrate recovery and regeneration directly into your program.
You’ll have access to the CSI Recovery Room, featuring full-spectrum infrared sauna, Normatec compression, and advanced mobility tools to help you bounce back faster and perform your best every session.
Your coach will also guide your nutrition and supplementation to maximize muscle growth, energy, and recovery helping you train harder, stay healthy, and see results faster.
