One-on-One Personal Training

A RADICAL TRANSFORMATION FOR YOUR BODY, MIND & LIFE

Our personal training is uniquely designed specifically for you. Our service is comprehensive, addressing training, nutrition and supplementation, and lifestyle modifications to ensure the results you get are long-term.

After your initial evaluation, your coach will custom design a training program taking many factors into consideration including injury history, muscle imbalances, flexibility deficits, body type, and personality. Your program will be modified every 3 to 4 weeks, each phase building up to the next, as your fitness and conditioning levels improve.

CONDITIONING

When appropriate, you will receive conditioning programs to complete in addition to your training sessions. They are designed to augment your current training program, giving you an extra boost to help you reach your goals.

Nutrition and Supplementation

Good nutrition is the key to success during your journey. No matter how hard you train on the gym floor, you can’t out train a poor diet. 

As part of your evaluation, we will collect a series of data to understand your body type, personality, and lifestyle including InBody Testing. The information gathered allows your coach to recommend specific nutrients, supplements, and lifestyle modifications to target issues such as hormone imbalances which are often the culprit of stubborn body fat storage and health concerns including poor sleep, low energy, and brain fog.

Throughout your training, your coach will monitor your biofeedback markers and body composition data points to ensure you are progressing and achieving maximum results.
