CSI’s Satellite Coaching program is built for highly motivated, results-driven individuals who can’t train with us weekly in Northfield but still want to experience our world-class coaching and proven systems. Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance gains, someone looking to build lean muscle, lose body fat, improve overall health, or simply live an active lifestyle, Satellite Coaching delivers the professional guidance and accountability you need to thrive, no matter where you live.
To participate in this program, you’ll need access to a gym that includes a complete set of dumbbells, weight plates, barbells, and a cable machine. This ensures you can execute the advanced training strategies our coaches build for you.
How It Works
Too many gym-goers struggle with random workouts, lack of progression, and poor program design. CSI’s Satellite Coaching takes the guesswork out of your training. You’ll get an individualized program designed around your unique injury history, muscle imbalances, body composition, lifestyle factors, and sport or transformation goals.
We understand the challenges of training alone, plateaus, motivation dips, program confusion, and we help you overcome them with a coach who supports, challenges, and guides you every step of the way.
Why You Need It
Your Satellite Coaching experience begins with an in-depth assessment during an in-person evaluation with one of our expert coaches, where we gather essential information about your training history, movement quality, flexibility, injury risk, and performance or physique goals.
From there, your CSI coach will build a fully customized program covering training, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to maximize your results. Your plan will evolve every 3–4 weeks, with each phase designed to build on the last for continuous progress.
As a Satellite Coaching client, you’ll gain full access to our CSI app, where you can track your workouts and progress, stay connected with your coach, and use our built-in exercise video library to help coach you through every movement with confidence and precision.
Throughout your program, you’ll maintain close contact with your coach through video or phone check-ins, technique video reviews, and regular messaging. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule in-person coaching sessions on a monthly basis to refine technique, adjust programming, and stay on track.
