What do a performance strength coach, a business manager and a chiropractor all have in common? For starters, they are all life-long athletes, each of whose personal experiences taught them that there was a gap in performance training and health management.
Chicago Sports Institute
Dave Hollinger and Dr. Josh Akin combined their respective expertise and passions to fill the gap that they saw between injury management and performance training. They created Chicago Sports Institute to effectively combine performance training, sports medicine and integrative health. In doing so, they have allowed athletes and active individuals to achieve their athletic and lifestyle goals.
Chicago Sports Institute has attracted a staff of the best performance coaches and doctors, with years of education and experience between them. With their individual expertise – David’s in strength conditioning and Josh’s in rehabilitation – the two have come together to create a center for all of an athlete’s needs. They have successfully bridged that gap between injury management and performance training, combining it under one roof with integrative health options.
